Overview ¶
This tool adds a new animation clip to an agent.
The source can be a character rig in the scene, an FBX file on disk, or a Skeleton
primitive from a USD file or LOP node.
Using Add Clip ¶

Click the Add Clip tool on the Crowds tab.

Select the agent primitive to add a clip to and press Enter to confirm your selection.

If the animation source is a character in the scene, click to interactively select the character, or to use a node chooser dialog.

If the animation source is an FBX file, click FBX and then select the file using .

If the animation source is a USD file, click USD and then select the file using .

If the animation source is a LOP node, click to select the LOP via the node chooser dialog.

Enter a name for the animation clip, and then press the OK button to finish.

If the animation source was a USD file or LOP node, the Agent Clip SOP’s
Skeleton Primitives
parameter can be used to select the sourceSkeleton
primitive(s) in the USD stage.
