Provide the hip that shows how you have implemented the motion path to begin with?
There can be more than one way, and as a result more than one way to offset.
Otherwise at face value, a simple transform node of the geometry that is having the motion applied too would work.

I mean to offset motion path with pose tool.
Now it can only move one keyframe point. I want to move all of them at same time.
