hello everyone

I have a character model with bone weights already drawn in Capture Layer Paint.
Later, I adjusted the model using Maya and after Reload Geometry, the Capture Layer Paint became chaotic.
Excuse me, is there any way to preserve the weights I previously drew?

Sometimes, I suspect Maya will reorder points even if you just tweaked a point position. Since the capture layer paint stores the values by point index, any changes to the point order will break it. Use Attrib Transfer on the boneCapture point attribute instead to transfer the weights you had from the old model to the new model.
