This is not a new topic, but I am struggling with it. I am currently using Houdini 18 416 and it seems like no matter what I create, every time I go to do a quick render, I keep getting an error:

“Mantra: Can't Find Geometry”

Now I have read post after post about how this issue is apparently a bug that is caused due to spaces somewhere in the pathway. I have gone through and checked and I don't see any spaces anywhere. I'm new to Houdini, so I'm not sure what to do about this. Does anyone have any helpful advice?

I get that error when I have Norton Antivirus running. When I disable smart firewall and auto protect, I don't get that error anymore. Not sure if that's your issue or not but that's what worked for me. I'm guessing it interferes with the temp files.
