Hi guys, I used ubuntu 21.04 before and my Houdini worked fine. Few days ago I upgraded to Ubuntu 21.10 and Houdini began to crash on start up. I changed the nVidia driver and reinstall Houdini for different version but it still crashed.
Anyone have any idea about it?

Here is a copy of my crashing log.

Hi, If you open the Houdini License Administrator version 19.0 are you still seeing the crash or is it just version 18.5?

Cheers,

I'm still using Houdini18.5.696 on my ubuntu. I haven't installed Houdini19 yet. I tried to open the Houdini18.5.696 License Administrator, and it crashed, too.

I have exactly the same problem
I tried to install Houdini 19.0.455 - this version also did not start
judging by the logs, there is some problem with the QT-libraries of the interface
The worst thing is that this happens only with our beloved houdini, with no other software problems have been noticed
