CHOPS - rotation not working.

Hi, I'm not so familiar with CHOPS and probably this is very silly but I can't make it work. Basically I'm trying to apply spring to the rotation as applied for position.

Hi, so chops has built in functionality to deal with transform matrices. here is a example of how to use it.
