Vanarts VFX for Film & TV program offers 12 months of intensive training in a full range of 2D and 3D digital VFX techniques. Founded in 1995, the school has produced hundreds of artists and producers working in the industry after studying in an environment that also includes Animation, Photography, Game Dev and Acting programs providing collaborative opportunities.
We have always emphasized new developments in industry, moving early to Houdini and Unreal as they have become dominant toolsets. Students learn a complete VFX workflow from shooting to finals and specialize in their senior term to produce targeted demo material. Instructors are all working in major studios save our department head who after 42 years in digital production has settled into academia.
