In this tutorial we'll see how we can create an abstract shape based on a L-systems rules shape. Then, using simple copying technique and pointvop turbulences, we will be able to control the overall shape and create this interesting pattern. Finally, we'll see how we can simply render that in Mantra and comp that in AE. Hope you will like it !

I wanted to give a heads up to anyone doing this in Houdini 16, the Boxes VOP node has been simplified. The S and T inputs have been replaced with a single UV input, but will give you the same results.
