VAT Particle Export for Unity breaks with Android Build

Hi,
I have a simple pyro sim advected to particles that I exported to Unity 2022 URP. It works fine in Windows build mode, but when I found out it'd have to work in Android, the effect completely breaks.

In other fixes from 6 years ago, people mentioned an "export for mobile" feature that doesn't seem to exist anymore, exporting TGA instead of exr, setting mesh to index format from auto, it's frustrating how nothing is working.

Hopefully someone has experience or some direction with this, thank you all!
