I'm running into an issue where when I try to load the sample hip files in any of the Houdini docs, the hip file refuses to load. I get an error loading message. I have tried multiple docs for version 9, 10 and 12.5, and all return the same error. I have also tried this on multiple machines, both pc and mac, to have the same thing happen again. Any advice would be much appreciated.

You must be connected to internet (I don't know how to say it correctly) when doing this I think.

Are you viewing the docs on the website, or within houdini? It doesn't work for me either if I try to load example files from the website, but from houdini it works.

The difference is that you are viewing the docs that is stored locally if you open them within houdini - and that is probably why the link to the example files (which is also stored locally) works better there.
