Trying to simulate packedrbd

Hi all,

I was setting up a multisolver simulation and used
(Short & Sweet 3D) tutorials as reference.



Fist context input are packed primitives. When I simulate the setup the packed primitives are spawned every frame but follow the expected effects. The second I spawn them only the first frame using the $FF==1 expression in the Impulse Activation of the popsource2 channel the simulation stops working.

I don't really understand what I am doing wrong. I have been struggling with combining multiple solvers.

what I am trying to do is simulate just the packed primitives I have set up..so I don't want to spawn more.


An explanation about what I am doing wrong or a link to some good learning material would be very much appreciated

Hello
I made some change to your file
if you want to use some pop force on RBD packed i think the best is to use the RigidBody solver as it can use bullet and take some extra force.
Also if you only want to emit once , you don't really need a POP source …
I made the curve force a lot stronger too
