I messed up with OTL Folder/Subnet and now facing problems.

Hi,
been there, done that
check your equivalent of this folder: /home/username/houdini19.5/otls/
Then, if you find some .hda files you created recently by mistake just move them to another folder temporarily or simply delete them. You can override the default otl's and then your customization will be saved here. Once you delete them the default is back.
I hope this is what happened to your system, and if so, this is an easy fix.
