I want to achieve this kind of effect in mantra/karma renderer.
Don't want to use trail operator.
Plz suggest me on that.

use vex ..You have file on Odforce..Why you don won't to use trail time-shift and add by id?
That's still technically a trail.
Render the sequence normally, but with 360 degree shutter. Then combine all the frames using the add operation in compositing software.
