I've purchased a tool from Orbolt and can't seem to load it up.

I launch it from Orbolt and keep getting an error: Asset has an invalid license signature file

I've tried launch it from Houdini 19.5.303, tool says it's compatible with 18.5 & 19.5 - could that be it?

Messaged support, but no reply, any thoughts?

I have had that. I currently get an error on the orbolt login page. it says bad request (400)

I know the solution. When it is a new installation (fresh install of windows, etc)
Go to orbolt.com and login. I logged in as FB. Yours might be different.
once logged in on the web page. go to your downloads of assets you have purchased.

Choose your asset and hover over the highest level you purchased or downloaded (just makes sense).
Choose "launch in houdini".

it is possible you have to set the license server to use sidefx.com. not clear on that.
That is how my license is.

I read somewhere that this is something you may have to do. I am good with that.
