UV map export problem

Hey!
I am working on a project using Solaris and Karma which is a quick render of an animated character. Everything seems fine I have UVs and until the end of my texturing, textures are where they are supposed to be on the UV coordinates. BUT I would like to export an STmap (so I ticked the UV AOV in the karmarendersettings) and I have results of the supposed STMAP gradient from green/yellow/red but that are per face and absolutely not matching the UVs (Screen shot is in the message). I am using a sceneimportall in the stage and using XPU but facing the same problem with CPU rendering.
Is there a way to fix this ?
Thanks a lot for any help!

Thanks for these informations, i put a render var but then i get the st passe that looks good in while rendering in the viewport and viewing the karmarendersettings. But in MPLAY i get just a black screen and when i save to disk its the same just a black passe with a rendervar1.y only.
