Is it possible to get/set selection for the USD primvars in Scene Graph Details through Python ?

I'm looking to iterate over the primvars of a specific material and search for a term to select then the primvars and highlight it in Scene Graph Details.

I was looking at the docs and could not find anything. thanks!
