I found an issue in cryptomattes rendered using Houdini 20.0.653 and HtoA 6.3.1.1 through the Deadline using their own HDA called huskSubmitter. In essence this HDA is built only using a UsdROP and UsdStitch, so I think the issue is in the way is building the .usd file for rendered with husk.

I have tested locally from USDRenderROP (checked Direct USD Render option), as well using UsdROP then launch husk from local computer passing the .usd file created by the UsdROP node. In both cases cryptomatte is storing right the metadata and works fine. Even tested --exrmode 0 and 1. Works right locally, but not from renderfarm.
