So we have just a handful of nodes, and as deadline is letting us down i installed Hqueue on a ubuntu VM .

So far so good it renders, its much faster than deadline (because native HUSK i guess?) , but I do have 2 problems

1) we use lucid link as our shared storage - so it takes a small amount of time until written USD files are actually available causing the first few frames to always fail, no matter what I set in retries, their status never changes from failed and they dont get picked up again..

2) looking at the diagnostics log i can see that it added the Environment variable that ive set to $HQROOT/xxx_pipeline/ocio/blender/config.ocio in the submitter to a linux variant instead of solving $HROOT to A:/ it set it to /Volumes .. why? how should i do this instead? also path tranlastion wasnt working unless I use $HROOT instead of A:/ when submitting

I have linux and windows mixed

OCIO:
/Volumes/lucid/xxx_pipeline/ocio/blender/config.ocio

HQ_PRESERVE_ENV_VARS:
OCIO
