Created a procedural rig using the scatter and align so the groom can adjust quickly on the fly. A bit rough but had fun building this setup for an Eye.

hey there, I am not sure if this is the correct place for this but I really need a bit of help. I am trying to scatter objects randomly on the side of buildings. I am using a group by normal to get the side of the building that i need.
When I scatter, the objects are pointing down. So I have to use a transform node to rotate them so they are pointing along z. The issue is that they seem to be pointing out from Z and also in, so the opposite side of the building is not getting elements pointing back but into the building. I ahve tried two different selections of the sides of buildings and I see that the normals are correct but I cannot get the geo to point in the direction of the normal.
I have tried using a Ray node to get the direction but nothing I do corrects the rotation. Any ideas?
