Hi there. I have been going through the CMI LSystems DVD and I hit a snag after implementing the “elsystem” digital asset.

The problem surfaced once I promoted all of the LSystem node's parameters to the top of the asset. It seems that changes to any of the promoted rules parameters do not get cooked into the asset. Bypassing and unbypassing the asset has no effect. The only way I have managed to recook the asset is to change one of the numeric parameters. The asset will then recook with the changed rules.

I discovered this issue on the 9.1.112 Release Candidate, but it persists in 9.1.179.

This does not happen in 9.0.794. All of the promoted parameters work as expected.

I don't know if this is a new bug or a new “feature”. Either way does anyone know of a workaround?
