mantra: Network Error Unable to initiate communications for 30 seconds.Perhaps this host is running the incorrect version of mantra?

mantra: Network Error Unable to write data

1: is my master computer. i don`t think the version of mantra is
incorrect , then what`s wrong with me?

2: is my render server, is that mean i need to share any folder on the server computer? if so,what folder may i share? or any other reason?
