Hi Guys…I'm a little unsure about whether what I want to do is considered commercial use.

I am creating an into movie for my website ….. and on this website….I do sell several items….which are not CG or houdini related……

And not a single human being will ever buy the items (books)….because the intro movie was interesting and good…..

So is this considered commercial use?

Is that like creating marketing material for your website? It sounds like commercial use to me. I wonder what others think.
