I am trying to set up a hand rig in Houdini 8. and cannot seem to get it right. i have everything working how i would like it but when i rotate the wrist every individual digit turns too. What do you think is wrong?

Can someone point me to another post or source that may be useful or draw out the correct network for me? Ive used the 3dbuzz tutorial so far for the legs and backbone.

Thank you,

Cory

here is a solution…
you need a twist affector for the metacarpals

I've added one called “chain_UP” as an example, you have to make your own adjustments.

Thank you,

Second model, first rig, not too bad. I thought I was far off.
