Is there someone that is experiencing the same very small issues as me in parameter tab? Is it a normal behaviour?

I put a light into the scene and scrolling up and down its parameters tabs i've noticed that some string overlap the bottom bar and the top menu as shown in the images.

Maybe it's my fault or due to some wrong settings…

I'm using Houdini Apprentice 10.0.280 on Windows XP32-bit
