I want to send email on one of the following addresses such as study@sidefx.com or training@sidefx.com or support@sidefx.com but in all cases received one answer from SideFX mail server:

support@sidefx.com
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<support@sidefx.com>:
host mail.sidefx.com : 550-5.1.1 reject sending to address ‘<support@sidefx.com>’.
550-5.1.1 The address <training_bucket> was not accepted.
550-5.1.1 Reason given was: (ERR_100) no such user or mailbox.
550 5.1.1 Permanent failure logged.

Anyone can say how i can to contact with SideFX? :evil:

Hi there,

I think the SMTP server you're using is blacklisted or it is not doing something right. I would suggest using another SMTP server or email account, eg Yahoo or Hotmail.

Alternatively, if it is not personal, you can post your questions here & I'm sure you'll get your answers.

I sent a mail from several addresses, from .ru zone and from .com zone.
And from hotmail too. In some cases i received messages like above. In other cases nothing does happens.
Maybe my messages was filtered by antyspam daemon?
And… It's personal and i don't want to post it here
