Hi,
I am new to houdini, i need some help on how to compile a vex shading network that i have built using a few basic shading component nodes like lambert, specular etc connected to a output node, Now i want to compile this network to a SHOP node with all the parameters show up after compilation so that i can select the SHOP shader and edit the parameters.
Like how you create a shading network in slim/prman and flatten it into a single .slo shader, where you still have the ability to edit the parameters and make changes to the flattened shader. Any ideas ??
I have used this node to begin creating my network
'VEX Surface SHOP Type' and combined a bunch of nodes to an output.
