Houdini particles to max

Hi
I am simulating particles in Houdini and taking them to max via the fbx plug-in so I can render with afterburn volumetric shader.
But when I import the fbx file in max, instead of particles , there are planes instanced in each particles and the particles are removed. So basically a stay with planes that got the same motion of the particles.
But the thing is, I want to render them with afterburn, and afterburn only accepts particles systems to shade.
Is there any way I can make each plane to born one particle so I can use that particle system with afterburn

You have the wrong software names on your images

In max you can try to use particle flow to emit particles from geometry. Also on the position node, you should mark “Lock on emitter” check box, this way the particles will stick to their birth place.
