Ive imported a syntheyes track as a .cmd file which works fine. When I play the move which is at 25fps and review the move over the background plate it feels as though its a frame out. How can I shift all the camera keyframes forward by one frame? Ive opened the frames in chops but can only move them north south but not east west.

Any help would be appreciated

If you really want to do it in CHOPs you might add a Delay CHOP, switch it to frames instead of seconds, and enter “1” as delay value.

In your case I'd rather grab the camera keys on the timeline and move 'em by hand.
