When combing fur the “On Mouse Up” updating mode does not work.

Houdini updates as you stroke just the same as when it is set to “Auto”

Even “Manual” update with a hotkey set to force update does not work. :cry:

Is there something I am missing or a reason for this?

I can't say that I've ever had difficulty with responsiveness whilst stroking…

Using a preview density that is respectable enough to see some facial detail it begins to slow down. If clumping is enabled it slows down more. Which is fine. But it would be great to have a delayed or manual update when dealing with something closer to a finished product where you tickling things into place so it looks just right.

Besides I still don't understand why it would not respect the manual update at the very least.
