Using Env map Space in Shaders

Hi All ,
Setting this all up is quite simple as you can see from the example file. Picking a Null as the env space for the shader works to some degree except for the fact that if I move the nulls Y position the env map is not offset. Rotation occurs as expected. Why is this and how can I offset my environment reflection in Y.
