Hi there. I have a question regarding a HD license I have. I have addressed this problem to sales@sidefx.com but they never seem to respond to my emails.

I have bought a HD license a couple of months ago when I had a windows machine. However, I decided to install Kubuntu linux when my previous hard drive died.

What can I do to be able to install my HD license for houdini on my new hard drive with Kubuntu linux?

It seems like the license is set up for my old windows machine still.. I don't own windows any more, and really want to get started on my new linux machine.

Ideally, you should return (ie, “unregister”) your license from your old machine (ie, Windows) first, and then re-install it on your new machine (ie, Linux):
