Is there any node in houdini that is similar to newton field

That would be a metaball with a force sop attached.
The metaball will define the area of influence and the force sop will add specific force attributes, either radial (Newton) or directional (also vortex effects).
Also in the point sop under the “force” tab you get some attributes like edgeforce to push particles along a curve.
Look into the help on those nodes for examples.
