Still try to fix the frame jump suddenly problem.
I make fluid inherit velocity by Pops, this idea was inspirited from particle src of FumeFX.

Add a ground plane for collision, and trying to find the jumping problem. I will try to oversampling more.

The jumping problem actually is not a big deal, it is all fine when I render it. Thanks to my friend luoqiulin.
