Hello All,
I have an animated object going thru a statue. I want that animated object to just fracture and slice thru the geometry. At the moment I have the animated object creating fractures and all but instead of slicing it it's taking the whole geometry with it. I've tried adding the ground plane to the “Glue to Object” section of my statue.
I've used DDM in maya and Rayfire in max before and in both I have the ability to constrain sections of the fractured object using other geometries. for example if I create a box and place it at the base of the statue (including some of the statue inside the box) I can tell DMM or Rayfire to constrain that section.
Is there such thing in houdini?
