I really want to nail Houdini and I need your help.

Can you please tell me where I should start learning (learning sites, youtube channels, workshops in vancouver) and what is required to know to become a good Houdini effects artist.

What is that the companies see in a Demo Reel?

there are plenty of tutorials :-)
