Is there any way to make edge displacements on the pieces like in this picture?

Your image is so small !!!
Do you wanna add Displacement to inside of the fractured pieces to increase detail !?

no, not inside.
I want to make displacement at render time on the edges where the fracture is happening to have more Jaggy fracture edges
