Convert $F to $FF ?

Hi everyone,

I animated an object (a bottle), and my goal is to emitt fire from this bottle. Of course it is moving too fast, so it's complicated for it to emitting fire. I checked some topics about the subject, and I think that my problem is alsow coming from the fact that it's animated by “hand”, so it's only $F. On this image I added a trail sop, and this is the maximum “inter” object that I can have.

Is there a way to convert $F in $FF ? I just need some other frames between the actual frames.

hi!

the timeblend sop should provide you with interpolated geometries between integer frames, when you set substeps on dop network

I checked your file ,In this project you don't need to convert $F to $FF with “TimeBlend SOP” !
When you use keyframe Animation ,Your animation data is $FF ,Just check Animation Graph in the “Channel Editor” window ,The Curves are really smoothly !

for example check Curve's Graph images on this Topic :

When our animation data is $F ,So Animation Graph is not smooth (Like the Images on the above Topic)

If you wanna fill free space between bottles ,you should decrease “Trail Increment” parameter for “Trail SOP” :?
