Audio playback in Houdini 14 is really choppy for me. It works fine in Houdini 13. I have enabled the realtime toggle.
Is this a known issue?
(I'm running OSX 10.9.5, nMP)

I find Audio only works if you set it to Scrub. Oddly Real-Time does not work in real-time. I guess they have the code backwards in the dialog or something?
If I put it into Scrub mode in the Audio Panel and set the Rate to 10 then I get better playback, it's still glitchy. Strangely this works when you switch back to Realtime.
The playback is slightly improved if I go to Global Animation Options and tick ‘Maintain realtime playback, possibly skipping frames’

I'm still having audio playback issues.
I have files that operate fine in v13 but barely operate in v14. (very very slow/glitchy) Especially when processing audio in Chops.
I'm thinking that it may be a problem with my setup as judging from the lack of response other users aren't having the same issues.
Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue would be gratefully received.

I just figured out that I also have your problem with v14, running on OS X 10.10.2, and I don't think is related to my setup anyway.
Did you submitted it as a bug? or did you solved it?
