Hey Gary, can you reproduce the steps that caused the crash? If so, submit the bug here: https://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=768&Itemid=239 [sidefx.com]

Here are some things that'd be helpful to include:

1 - Crashlog - (find it in here on Windows /Users/<YOURUSERNAME>/AppData/Local/Temp) and match the timestamp to when you crashed if it's been a while
2 - System Info - pretty much teh most important stuff can be found in Help > About Houdini, then toggle on ‘Show Details’; I typically include just the text I selected, unless SESI asks for more (the attached image is linux, but the window is similar for all OSes)
3 - A hip file - even if they are easy steps, it can be a good idea to include the crash-hip file (that's in the same place as the crashlog)

Zip all that together and either attach it on the bug submission page, or if it's too big, include the link from Dropbox, Google Drive, etc… in your bug report
