I'm new to use houdini, so I don't know how to set the path for renderman within Houdini.
I use 8.0.410 and renderman pro sever11.5.3 installed on windowsXP.
Please someone give me an instruction of how to do this.
Thank you.
How can I use renderman on Houdini?

I don't know about windows but I imagine it's a simple as the linux setup.
First you have to make sure prman is setup correctly, follow the pixar docs for this.
Make sure you can render a test rib file from the command prompt.
Once you have this working it's just a matter of telling houdini the render command in the rmanROP.
I dunno about windows but on linux it's just render. Perhaps you have to specify the full path to the render binary…cProgram Files/Pixar/Renderman/bin/render
or something like that. Now if you are using houdini apprentice, then nevermind the above as output to any renderman renderer is not available.
Hope this helps,
R
