Rotation Angles For maketransform()

Arrrgh!

All VEX functions that work with angles expect them to be expressed in radians… except, it seems, maketransform() which wants them in degrees (a fact that is not documented)… why!?… sigh…

Guess there's no way to change it now

P.S: Added a “user note” to the docs…
