How would you go about doing physics paint in Lops? I used a sop modify to unpack usd to polygons, creating a small scene with proxys ( created by an unpacked usd to polygons ) and then dry the paint referring to the original usd as the “render mesh”. In the sop itself the resulting packed prims are correct. In the sop modify import from SOPs tab I select “create Point Instancer” in the packed primitives option. Unfortunately the resulting transforms in Lops context are a bit off. The scale seems to be fairly accurate but the positions are slightly shifted. Thank you very much!

Can you post a sample hip file? Which version of Houdini are you using?
