I have a simple setup 100 workitems 48 frames each
ropfetch getting frames from rop opengl
partition by frame
imagemagick-montage
all the intermediary files are fine- correct frames etc
sometimes though the last montage, in this instance frame 48 montage sheet will be totally wrong, with much less workitems concatenated. in my tests with 100 workitems the sheet 48 had 35 workitems. Everything else works great.
i changed the frame number of my animation to check - 47, 10, 3 and suddenly it worked so i went back to 48 frames and now its working...all montage sheets have the same number of workitems (100).
Is this a known bug?

i updated to the latest version of imagemagick 'ImageMagick-7.1.0-12-Q16-HDRI' and it seems to work predictably now.
This was probably caused by a windows update that i did recently or the fact that i am using 18.5 instead of 18? Those are the only two things that changed from the last time i cooked my graph.
