H.19 viewport texture issue, with image sequence.

Image sequence as any material texture channel (diffuse, emission, opacity) in h.19 - are broken in viewport. Blinked, lost frames and transparency.
Also background texture do not work if i try use image sequence instead of still.

Try *.rat, *.pic and *.png - same result.

18.5.* - same scene and same image sequence work fine.

Also noticed this blinked problem on viewport with images sequence and posted to support at the beginning of december with a simple project to reproduce.
They say that they see the problem and they logged this issue in their database : Bug (ID# 117942)

Perhaps this will be fixed between two pieces of Christmas log.

Really hoping for a fix on this soon. I'm trying to run volumetric video (mesh and texture sequence). Sequences won't line up in viewport or render (both SOPS & LOPS). Works perfectly in 18.5, breaks every time in 19.0.455.

Try .498 production buid.

1. Issue with background image sequence is gone. Now all works perfect and perfomance much better than 18.5
2. Animated textures on geometry still not working properly.

.499, work perfect with any animated textures in viewport(backgound, projected and etc) . Perfomance much better than 18.5

I still have issues. I am getting desaturated textures, B&W and it's more often than I'm getting color. It happens in viewer and in render.
