i am using houdini apprentice 19.0.455 version while working on pyro simulations houdini is crashing too much , I've tried reducing volume visualization quality and increased voxel size but nothing worked whereas, I've also used houdini 18.5 apprentice version it was doing well in my PC without any false crash but 19.0.455 version is crashing too much my system specifications
ryzen 7 2700x
32 gb ram 3200 mhz
1060 3gb

Please help me with this

Have you tried installing the latest daily build, maybe it's a bug related to what you are doing, bugs get fixed real quick in Houdini!

Daily Build is currently at 19.0.488

you use a Production Build that is currently at 19.0.455

Sadly using daily builds mean that you will not be able to render with third part renderers most of the time if that is something you need. Just so you know that.
