Cook unreal pivot paint texture in a HDA in Unreal

im creating a tree generator hda with roots that can adapt to terrain meshes in unreal, the hda has to run in engine. I cant export the pivot position and x vector texture, the function is tied to the top network and i cant get it to cook properly in unreal.
