RDB Bullet solver doesn't break fractured object

I have a setup where I make a FLIP sim that is attracted to a point created using add node. The FLIP sim follows the point as expected. I then transition the FLIP sim to RDB sim at frame 24. I use timeshift and Switch nodes to achieve it.

My file structure:
1) My main simulation that includes the DOPNET with water sim (the base shape for water is null called water_OUT) and "Add" node that acts as fluid attractor.
2) I then import geometry in RDB_Geo_Import geometry node, add RDBMaterialFracture and use Timeshift to offset the simulation
3) I use RDB-Geo with DOPNET for RDB sim itself. I use Gravity node with tilted Ground Plane as a collider.

The problem is that the object doesn't break. If I make same RDB sim in a new file it works, but it doesn't work in this file while transitioning from FLIP.
Do you know where might be the problem?
