FBX Export for Unity: Y-Up Left Handed

Hi. I think I'm missing something super obvious but can't quite figure it out. Sunk hours into it already. Basically I need to export some geo as FBX to use in Unity. Houdini is configured to be Y-Up (right handed) in preferences. Unity is Y-Up (left handed).

Now regardless of whether I set ROP FBX Output properties => Axis System to Y-Up (left handed) or Y-Up (right handed) it will still export as Y-Up (right handed) regardless. The Axis option is just ignored. Convert to Specified Axis System option ticked too.

Any ideas please? Is there a way to somehow seamlessly export and convert between Houdini's Y-Up right-hand and Unity's left-hand coordinate systems w/o having to mangle vertex positions before ROP FBX Output?
