I have hundreds of foregrounds and backgrounds images which I need to composite together and according to my research COPs within TOPs seems to be the best solution for this.
I am looking for a method how to approach the pairing of foregrounds and back grounds. What is the best thinking process for this task and which nodes could help me to achieve correct results? Any help is appreciated.

Here a few hints

• Name the files according to their purpose (Foreground.$F4.pic, etc..)
  
• The Foreground files should have an alpha channel already
  
• then read in both files and combine them with a "blend" node

Hi, Thank you for the hints. It seems that you suggest using only frame number based naming convention and using it only in COPs without TOPs. Do I understand it correctly?
