Randomizing MPM collider stickness and friction

After watching the master class and playing with MPM the past week have attempted a basic effect of a character rising from a mud filled swamp


What is missing is more randomness in the collider stickiness and friction, ie the falling mud and water drops should be more random in speed and stickiness.

Any suggestions in how I would achieve this?
